If you are looking for financial evidence identifying just how far George Bush has brought the United States look no further than your personal debt to the Government.
You Owe the Government $30,000!
The good news is that you are currently getting a decent interest rate.
The bad news, you took on this debt by voting or not voting and you never signed a loan agreement.
The debt just hit $9 trillion. There are 300,000,000 Americans. Divide $9 trillion by 300 million and you owe $30k.
Now that you have taken on this debt are you going to pay the bill or dine and dash?
Most Americans are going to skate out on this bill and force their children and kids to pay the bill. I’m sorry its the truth. Not too many people have an extra $30k sitting around to pay the government. Most Americans cannot afford a $30k pay cut for a year.
The government makes the claim that the debt is the result of 9/11 and the war in Iraq, and that they had no choice but to spend all that money.
THAT IS PORK BARREL HOGWASH!
They did not have to spend the money. We did not HAVE to flinch and go to war. More importantly, we did not have to go to war and waste so much money doing it.
George Bush planned for spending money on the war and contractors more than he planned on how to win the war.
All those incumbents in Congress share the responsibility. They did not have to allow this crazy level of unchecked spending to persist. They wrote a blank check, and YOU and YOUR kids and YOUR grandkids will have to pay the bill.
Its not fair. I don’t like it.

If you do not like it then do something about it. Vote. Get involved. Hold your politicians accountable, on a weekly monthly basis. Technology enables us to stay connected to our politicians and to make them act.
So do it, call, email, blog, write, visit, and do it again and again. Exercise the power of the pen, write, type ets. The power of 300 million pens can be much stronger than lobbyists, but you have to DO something.
Run for office yourself if they are not doing the job right. I’d vote for you (who ever you are) provided its legal before I’d vote for the incumbents that let this happen.
They have proven themselves to be incompetent incumbents. They deserve to be held accountable and lose their job.
If you don’t, then pay your $30k bill and don’t complain.
