Take Your Vacation George W Bush, Just make Sure you Go!

It’s August again and George W Bush is once again on vacation.  When Al Qaeda was preparing to attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, George W Bush was on vacation.  When Hurricane Katrina was about to strike New Orleans, George W Bush was on vacation and stayed on vacation.  While our troops have been fighting in Iraq year after year, George W Bush has gone on vacation year after year.

Meanwhile, many other Americans this year are curtailing their vacations, cutting them short or skipping them all together.

I’d like to offer George W Bush a final good riddance vacation.  After so many years of problems and ineptitude, I have just about given up on the prospective of an early departure and replacement with a competent leader.

But I will not begrudge him one last vacation for departing, as long as he actually departs!

I’d like to see him head to Branson, spend some time in Missouri, touring Silver Dollar City, rubbing elbows with real Americans again.  Let him spend sometime in the Titanic museum (assuming that the tragedy does not hit to close to home with the ship wreck of his administration) or possibly spend some time in Cosmic Cavern in Arkansans or the Talking Rocks Cavern of Reeds Spring Missouri.  Maybe some time in a cave might clue him in on where he should have looked for Osama Bin Laden.

All in all  I’d even like to see him spend some time enjoying the local scenery and shows, which might even give him the rest and refreshment he would need should we all be so fortunate as to see him prosecuted in The Hague.

JFK Lends His Voice to Impeach George W Bush

Earlier today it struck me that many people think that impeaching George W Bush should not be done because it is hard.I have a suspicion that many people are confusing doing something that is hard for doing something that is futile, like playing tic-tac-toe or global thermonuclear warfare.

Impeaching George W Bush for the actions that he has taken to harm our Constitution is not futile. It is hard. In Impeaching him we the people prevent a precedent from being made that future Presidents over stuffed on power and their own self righteousness might do even greater harm with.

Now, if George W Bush is ultimately even removed from office, then the power of this precedent prevention is even stronger.

More importantly, it restores the balance in our government intended in our Constitution to create a balanced government with an Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch.

If the Legislative Branch fails to perform its duty because the performance of that duty is difficult, then our government is lost to us.  The recipes to save our country are rapidly growing fewer and further in between . . .

Obama’s Religious Subjugation Yields Pastortage

Barack Obama has chosen to subjugate himself to a religion and as a result he has opened himself up to Pastor Sabotage in his political campaign and in his ability to lead the country. He is not the only politician that has had this problem, especially over the last 28 years as the christian movement has chosen to enter the political process and attempt to control politicians on the right and on the left. The United States is a country of the people and not of the church. We hold ourselves together under a secular constitution and not under any one religious philosophy. We had the opportunity to subjugate ourselves to the Church of England and to the Pope and to many other religious movements in the early days of our country.
The founders of this country chose specifically not to subjugate themselves. They chose freedom over bondage. We are the home of the brave choosing to be free.
The Reverend Wright scandal is an age old scandal exhibiting the problems manifest when a person or group of people choose subjugation over freedom.
Maybe Barrack Obama will learn from this mistake and finally himself become his own man, become free and through freedom become a good leader. This could be a turning point for the good, or a continuation of the flaws in Barrack Obama and his campaign that could spoil his chances at the Presidency.
If Barack Obama fails to get elected it will not be entirely because of the Pastortage of Reverend Wright, but because Barack Obama chose to enable his Pastor to Sabotage his election. We should not elect a codependent President.
We have one of those today. His name is George W Bush and he is codependent on his religion to make his choices and decisions where his mental faculties do not hold sway. We need more codependent politicians subjugated to the special interests of religion like we need a Constitution written in invisible ink.

AltoonaGate Bowling

Barack Obama was hanging in Pennsylvania and making up ground with one fantastic photo shoot after the next, until he ran into the make or break Presidential decider known as Altoona.

There Barack Obama showed off his lack of coordination by bowling a 37.  Normally, that lightness in the bowling shoes would trigger ridicule and scorn, but as usual with Barack Obama it is more likely to trigger a new National craze where bowlers will shoot for the lowest score instead of the highest score with the caveat that you must stay out of the Gutter.

Hillary Even tried her hand at that concept (staying out of the Gutter that is) with this rather amusing April Fools Day joke about Obama’s lack of Skill.

Seriously, Obama was putting some distance between himself and Hillary in National polls until the AltoonaGate scandal broke, and then Obama’s 10 point lead (in the polls not in bowling) evaporated like the sweat on his hand hovering over the drying machine while he waited for his ball to come back.  The rest of us, well we have enjoyed a good laugh and marveled at how a grown man could score a 37 at bowling.  Late night TV shows and the 24 hour news groupies have probably had to buy external hard drive space just to handle the over flow of all the videos that have been shown on this one, but that is pretty much par for this course.
